Payment

CUSTOM ORDERS: Custom ordering policy as follows: Once the product and price is agreed and established. Advance payment is required. Once payment is received the creative process will begin which includes ordering and receive time of required materials to make the product, constructing the product and shipment of product. Estimated time of completion will be given at the time of quote. Once product is complete, photo(s) of the finished product will be sent to customer for approval. Once final approval has been given then shipment will occur.

Shipping

All orders will be shipped to the address you prov account. Please ensure you have the correct information, as the shop does not have the ability to know if your address is incorrect. There will not be any refunds for an incorrect address in your account.


Your Item will be shipped within

3-5 business days if it is a Miscellaneous Item

4-6 business days if it is a HottestTrendsPrint Item

5-10 business days if it is a Fantasiesbyhope Item

7-14 business days if it is a Made to Order Item

 

Miscellaneous brand items vary. Estimated Delivery Time:12-20days . Sometimes way less. 


Once your Item is shipped you will receive an email with your tracking number.


GET FEATURED
If you absolutely love what you got, Rate us 5 stars with a cool review and a picture of you rocking what you got. We will share all over the web and if you like please include a tag for us to tag you with your name or facebook etc...

If you are unhappy with your order, message us to resolve the problem before writing us a shitty review. Reviews are everything to us and we're easy to work with.

Refunds and Exchanges

- WE DO NOT ACCEPT ANY REFUNDS ON HottestTrendsPrint & FantasiesByHope orders - Only exchanges.

BUYERS PROTECTION STAMP 
Only Orders that have the Buyers Protection Stamp in the listing description has a separate policy from our own and obeys this policy as followed below. 
Full refunds are not available under the following circumstances:
1. Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
2. Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the seller’s control (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster)
FULL REFUND/PARTIAL ( for buyers protection )
You can submit refund requests up to 15 days after your order has been completed.
Buyer pays return shipping fee; or keep the product & agree refund with seller.
Full refund if product isn't received within 35days.

- RESIZING -

* IF SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE SMALLER
If something needs to be sized smaller and it's possible for us to alternate, please send the outfit back to us and we will adjust the fitting. Just pay for shipping.
If something was made with your exact measurements given and it does not fit you please don't put the blame on us.

* IF SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE BIGGER
If something needs to be bigger, and or adjusting is not possible. Another item would need to be made. You will need to pay half and we will go half with you on cost of item.

* CUSTOM FIT
We make sure that the clothing is made for your exact measurements. You are solely responsible for choosing the correct size. If something doesn't fit. Please respect our policy.

* IF ANOTHER SIZE IS IN STOCK
If your size doesn't fit you and we have another size in stock that will? Just ship the item back to us undamaged, no deodorant stains etc... And we will send you the size requested. Just pay shipping. Always message us before hand to make sure, because the in stock numbers are usually for what material is available, not the actual outfit being pre-made already. Some things in my shop are
'' made to order '' meaning once you select a size, I create it exactly that size and ship it out and mostly I'm also heading out to buy fabric as orders come in to keep space in my place more open.

LOST OR DAMAGED ITEMS
We cannot be responsible for items lost in the mail or damaged during transit.
If you would like your item to be protected you would need to pay insurance on the item.

In buying our items you are agreeing to our terms and agree to not file a dispute on any items for any reason. You understand there's no refunds and understand that it's against our policy to threaten us in any way to try and get a free item or go against our policy.

CANCELLATION POLICY
We are only accepting cancellations within a 15minute time frame.
That's enough time to realize you have accidentally purchased an order twice or by accident before we start making your order asap or shipping it out as soon as you purchase it.
Any time further we do not accept cancellations because people can put our store at risk, making things confusing and difficult.
It costs us money to cancel your transaction.
So , please try to avoid making any of these mistakes.

YOU CAN NOT CANCEL IF
You contact later then the time frame.
If your outfit is in the making.
If your outfit is already shipped.
Certain Miscellaneous brand items have there own policy stated in the item photos/post.
